Saleh Nabi

Saleh Nabi
  • Biography

Saleh's research interests are analytical, numerical and similitude experimental modeling of fluid flow and heat transfer in complex systems. In particular, his ambition is to derive physically reduced order models for turbulent buoyancy-driven flows in confined regions to reduce the simulation run time by several orders of magnitude.  Prior to joining MERL, Saleh worked on the influence of nanoparticles and the induced micro-convection on heat transfer properties of the base fluid. His doctoral research mainly focused on environmental and architectural fluid mechanics applied to airflow modeling within the built environment with applications of novel and advanced HVAC systems.
