Tyler Garaas received his Ph.D. from the Department of Computer Science at the University of Massachusetts Boston where he was an active member of the visual attention laboratory. Tyler earned his bachelor's degree in computer science at Montana State University. His work at UMass Boston included human visual attention studies, neural modeling of primate visual systems and robotics.
